Big Lots...woah....

Ok, just a quick heads up. I have heard rumors about Gosh Holographic and Essie Starry Starry Night being spotted at Big Lots.

I went when the Gosh Holo news came out, found nothing. Not sure why Big Lots would have a foreign brand like Gosh, but it never hurts to check.

Today I hear word that Essie Starry Starry Night has been spotted. Was blessed to find this polish while dusty hunting but I know many people who all want it, so I dragged my friend Cassie there today at lunch. We spent a good portion of the time in the main health & beauty isle. Found an Essie (Hi Maintenance) and some Revlon scented, matte and jellies.

I was checking out, Cassie decided to have another look. I asked the cashier if there was more polish and she said YES! So I walked swiftly in that direction hollering for Cassie. I found her there, digging through endless bins of 20% off clearance prices makeup! Oh heavens could only behold the wonder! While we did not find Essie Starry Starry Night, I do believe someone could have found it. There were many many old Essies there.

I'm going back after work, we never had time to eat, had to bring lunch back to the office. Here are some teaser pics of what we found!

La Femme - Lazuli

La Femme Lazuli
La Femme - Lazuli
This polish is similar to the previous La Femme I posted, Ametista, in texture and type. It is a shimmery metallic. However the color is a soft, light blue.

Application was non-problimatic, however please excuse the massive fingerprint smudge on my index finger :P  All swatches have a base of Duri Revuvacote and Seche Vite on top. The color is two coats.

This and other La Femme polishes are available at NinjaPolish.com

La Femme - Ametista

La Femme Ametista
 LaFemme Ametista
Today is the first in a series of posts of the LaFemme brand. This is a Brazillian line that I recently discovered. I was first lured in by their holos, but branched out into the other polishes they have.

Today's polish is Ametista, a polish I would almost consider a Blurple. First layer you will see the purple hues, second coat puts it more to the blue. It has a shimmery almost metallic finish. It is not opaque enough to stamp with but easily gives you full coverage in two coats.
