OPI La Boheme & Rent

 

So while dusty hunting recently, I came across OPI Rent... thought it was gorgeous and way overspent on a bottle because it captivated me so....got it home and was disappointed that I couldn't see it on anything! LOL So I went to my enabler friends and asked them 'What is this and how do I use it!' It was unanimous...if I was fortunate enough to find La Boheme, use it over that...So, off dusty hunting I went today and what to my wondering eyes did appear, but TWO bottles of La Boheme, both brand new. I snatched them up along with a partial bottle of Man of La Mancha, which was also suggested.

So now I'm home, gloating a little over my impossible find, when I start getting tips...'Layer La Boheme over black, dark purple or blue.'.....and...'Layer it over bronze'...so, below comes from those suggestions! Enjoy!!

So please, first, excuse my mani, i was anxious to photograph and post to bother cleaning the edges!

Thumb - Wet 'n Wild Craze 'The Gold & The Beautiful' (Not quite bronze, Laurie, but the closest I had!), First finger - Pinky: OPI DS 'Mystery', OPI 'Black Satin', Sinful Colors 'What's Your Name' and Sinful Colors 'Black on Black'. Two coats on thumb and ring finger, single on others.

Here is after a single coat of OPI 'La Boheme'.....oooh la la!!!!. Notice the lighter shade on the thumb. The remaining all look the same.....

Topped off with OPI 'Rent' on my lefy hand.....Gorgeous. I definitely like the darker base coats best. Now to do my other hand!

Topped my right hand off with a Franken we all dubbed 'gLORIous' which is a SpectraFlair top coat...FABULOUS!!!!!!
